The Reston-Dulles Section, National Council of Negro Women, Inc., is hosting an Afternoon of Jazz at Hidden Creek Country Club, 1711 Clubhouse Rd., in Reston on Sunday, April 16, 2023. We are soliciting Vendors to participate in the event.
The mission of the National Council of Negro Women (NCNW) is to advance opportunities and the quality of life for African American women, their families, and communities. NCNW fulfills this mission through research, advocacy, national and community based services and programs in the U.S. and the African countries.
The Afternoon of Jazz will have support from more than 150 guests. Attendees will have the opportunity to network with area business owners, local faith leaders, NCNW members and guests from the community.
Vendors are provided one (1) five-foot covered table per space rented. Vendor space is limited and will be assigned on a “first come, first served” basis. Setup will begin at 2:00 p.m. and must be completed by 2:30 pm. Breakdown is no earlier than 6:00 p.m.
The vendor fee is $125.00 without electricity and $150.00 with electricity through April 10, 2023 and will increase to $150.00 without electricity and $175.00 with electricity on April 11, 2023. All Vendors are required to make a donation of products or services that will be given away as a door prize.
If you are interested in vending at our event, please email info@ncnwrestondulles.org to let us know as soon as possible. Upon your affirmative response of interest, a Vendor Packet will be sent accordingly. Please note that a W-9 and proof of insurance is required for all vendors.
